• First, you need to read my terms of service (when ordering the commission you agree to my ToS)
• Then, after choosing what you'd like, you can either directly fill out the google form linked here, or use Buy Me A Coffee for ordering commission or ask me in DM on any slot. You can also keep track of your commissions or the number of active commissions on my Trello board.

GENERAL TERMS
•
• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to everything stated in my T.O.S.
• I have the right to decline your commission without explanation.
• Provide clear and complete references for characters you would like to see.
• I accept text description for everything else except character, but please provide visual references for things you are describing (photos/drawings of the clothing the character is wearing, moodboards, etc.).
• Provide a clear description of what you want me to draw OR a clear description of what the character is like, how they behave in day-to-day life, etc. (for characters I am not familiar or your personal characters)
• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the art.
• Prices are non-negotiable.
• Most of the commissions will be posted on my social media pages. Some can be posted on Patreon only like NSFW versions of commission.I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I providedWill draw

• DnD and other RPG characters
• Animals/ furry/ anthro
• NSFW (please note that NSFW pieces are more expensive than the SFW pieces and have a different set of boundaries of what I would and wouldn’t draw)Won't draw

PAYMENT
•
• All payments are done through Payoneer, PayPal, Buy Me A Coffee or MonoBase
• I must receive payment first before I can work/start the commission.
• I accept full prepayment OR 50% before I start working on the commission and 50% after I’m done for complicaded pieces.
• Please note, that I will provide the client with high res file without watermarks only after I get full payment.

PROCESS• Once the payment is complete, I will start sketching.
• Sketch commissions are done in skeb-style - you will provide me with your request and I will draw how I see fit.
• I will share a draft with you for your approval.
• Once the draft is approved, I will start inking and coloring. I will share color drafts with you for your approval.
• Once the color drafts are approved, I will finish the drawing up.
• As soon as I’m done and the payment is complete I will send you high res file via email or link on GDrive.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION• I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
• Small changes and edits are allowed during the working process.
•••This includes:
•••• Minor face expression, background/outfit/accessory/etc. details changes during sketching stage.
•••• Minor color changes during coloring stage.
• After a commission is finished and approved, no changes are allowed to be made.
• I like to have clear communication with my customers. So if you are not answering for my messages when approval is needed over a week without a prior notice - I have rights eithed cancell commission or proceed how I see fit.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
• Please note that refunds will be equal the amount I have received after Payoneer/PayPal/Buy Me A Coffee/MonoBase fees.
• You can cancel and refund your commission if I haven’t started working on it. If I did drafts for work or it's on sketch stage - you will be able refund 75% of money. After this stages art won't be refundable.
• When the artwork is complete, it’s non-refundable.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY• I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork on other sites for portfolio purposes.
• You are never permitted to sell, edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use my artwork for advertising (e.g. commercial usage).
• All artworks are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (Making money off it in any way unless discussed upon)
• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Removing any watermarks/signatures.
• Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.You can post my artwork on your personal social pages only with my permission and proper credit.

Please save your commission once it’s received. I may delete the saved works to clear space on my PC/google drive.
